El Granero - Return and Exchange Policy

At El Granero, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to find a solution. Please review our in-store return and exchange guidelines below.

In-Store Supplies Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

Pet Food Return Policy

• Pet food may be returned or exchanged if:
• At least 75% of the food remains
• It is in the original packaging
• It is returned within 30 days of purchase
• The original receipt is provided

Important: This policy does not apply to chicken feed or bird seed, which are non-returnable once opened.

Exchanges

• Items that are defective or damaged
• Items where a different size, flavor, or type is needed (must be unopened and in resellable condition)
• If the requested item is unavailable, we'll provide a refund or store credit.
